Recipe for CakeBoss's Coconut Cake
1 box White Cake Mix (Pillsbury or Betty Crocker)
1 small box coconut pudding
4 eggs
1 1/3 cup water
1/2 cup oil
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
Combine all ingredients, mix for 1-2 minutes until thoroughly combined. Bake
at 325 until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Torte cake and fill with lemon curd (jar or homemade - I prefer
Ina Garten's recipe for
"lemon filling").
Frost with CakeBoss Buttercream
(optional) Before frosting crusts, pat outside with shredded coconut.
